mask main body machine drives two ear loop welding machines.
The production process includes feeding of filter material, folding
and pressing, feeding of nose bridge clips, shaping and cutting of
the masks and welding of the ear bands.
Our production line is especially suitable for the production of
three layers of surgical masks and provides a high output of up to
100,000 pieces/day. One-man operation is possible due to an
integrated intelligent operating system.
